Carrier and service liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and applicable insurance policies.

 

Customer-supplied parts and shipper-loaded freight are accepted at customer’s risk. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, mechanical failures, improper loading, inaccurate cargo descriptions, or consequential damages.

 

Full Terms & Conditions are available upon request and are deemed accepted upon booking, dispatch authorization, service completion, or payment.

By payment, signature, or acceptance of this invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions of King’s Automotive Mobile Services, LLC.

All services, transportation, labor, dispatch, and materials are provided strictly subject to the Terms & Conditions of King’s Automotive Mobile Services, LLC (“Company”). NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE.

 

The Company assumes no responsibility for pre-existing conditions; mechanical, electrical, or component failures; part defects; corrosion; wear; rust; manufacturer defects; or failure of new, used, or customer-supplied parts. All labor, service, dispatch, and trip fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once service is initiated.

 

For hotshot trucking and freight transportation, carrier liability, if any, is LIMITED to the lesser of actual cash value or the maximum allowed under applicable law or insurance policy. The Company is NOT liable for delays, loss of use, loss of profits, business interruption, incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, regardless of cause.

 

Shipper-loaded, sealed, or third-party-loaded freight is transported at shipper’s sole risk. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from improper loading, packaging, inaccurate cargo descriptions, weight misstatements, or undisclosed hazardous or restricted materials.

 

By booking services, authorizing dispatch, accepting delivery, signing, or submitting payment, the customer irrevocably ACCEPTS and AGREES to all Terms & Conditions of King’s Automotive Mobile Services, LLC, which are incorporated herein by reference and available upon request.

Booking constitutes full acceptance of Terms & Conditions. No warranties. Liability strictly limited by law. All fees non-refundable.
